Over the past 10 years I’ve witnessed my practice ebb and flow. Sometimes I’d practice with ease, consistency, and deep joy; sometimes with resistance and frustration;  and at other times, days or months would pass by without me even thinking about it.

Eventually I realized that my mental and emotional state, my overall sense of connection and flow, and my growth and self-discovery were all directly related to the consistency of my spiritual practice.

With that realization came my investigation into the art and science of creating consistent spiritual practices. And "Reignite Your Spiritual Practice & Rediscover You" is the culmination of that exploration.

This 6 week journey is all about helping you create and commit to consistent spiritual rituals so you can begin to:

  • experience more calm and peace of mind,
  • feel more grounded and connected,
  • trust and surrender to the flow of life,
  • tap into your deep inner truth, inner wisdom, and divine guidance,
  • become more self-reliant and confident when handling challenges and deciding what actions to take (or not take),
  • make decisions that actually feel good and create circumstances and relationships you desire,
  • transform your challenges into breakthroughs for growth and self-discovery.

And, it's my deep intention that by the end of the 6 weeks, (whether you're just starting out with your spiritual practice or simply want to reignite a waning practice) you’ll feel more peace, ease, and joy around actually doing your daily, weekly, monthly, or annual spiritual rituals (yep, you get to choose how often you want to do each of your rituals).

How This 6 Week Journey Will Unfold:

STAGE 1: Laying the Groundwork:

Preparation and laying the groundwork is a non-negotiable when it comes to creating consistent spiritual practices with ease. So, first we'll focus our energy on things like uncovering your big why to anchor your practice, creating space, the root skill for any meditation technique, and I'll also introduce you to some of my all-time favorite spiritual practices.

 

STAGE 2: Designing and Creating Your Rituals:

Here we'll discuss the science of habit creation and how it can help you finally transform your meditation and spiritual practices from an inconsistent dabble to a dedicated (and easy) part of your lifestyle. This is the heart of the course where you'll actually experiment with and create your own personal rituals. With my guidance and examples, you'll design what, when, and how you want your spiritual practice to look. And then using the habit creation formula, we'll turn that practice into a consistent ritual that's enjoyable and easy to commit to.

 

STAGE 3: The 8 C's of a Successful Spiritual Practice:

We'll wrap our journey up by discussing the 8 elements (virtues/attitudes) that I believe make your spiritual practice successful (aka. easy, enjoyable, enduring, and effective). Ignoring these elements can derail or add unnecessary resistance to your practice, while being mindful of them will create a sense of peace, ease, and joy within your practice.
